Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@hushpawhome.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for used items, gift cards, final sale items, or items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
